We’re a collaborative part-time team. Because we have no fees or carry, everyone is a volunteer. Because we’re all shareholders of Invisible and Visionary is our venture arm, we already have aligned incentives in deploying our capital. All partners are encouraged to invest personal capital alongside the fund, as long as it is declared and conflict-cleansed.
